Thank you for the opportunity to be. I express my gratitude fully.
As a graduate psychology student and trauma-informed practitioner, my mission is to help individuals navigate the complexities of modern life by reconnecting with the principles that have stood the test of time. I believe that many of today’s struggles—whether stemming from developmental wounds, relational difficulties, or a sense of disconnection—can be better understood and healed by exploring the intersection of value-based living, evolutionary psychology, and psychodynamic approaches.
I work with the understanding that childhood experiences, whether positive or painful, shape how we relate to ourselves and others. This is why developmental wounds—those hidden scars from our early years—play such a significant role in how we form relationships, manage emotions, and navigate the world. By reconnecting with foundational values like integrity, responsibility, and community, we can rebuild and heal, allowing ourselves to operate from a place of conscious, intentional action rather than unconscious patterns rooted in our past.
Psychodynamic theory is a cornerstone of my philosophy, as it provides deep insights into the unconscious forces that shape our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. But it’s not just about exploring the past; it’s about integrating these insights with the wisdom of humanistic psychology and the timeless values that have guided human flourishing for centuries. These values, often overlooked in today’s hyper-individualistic culture, are the bedrock of true healing and growth.
Through my work, I help others rediscover their authentic selves by fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. My approach is holistic, combining depth, nuance, and practical tools to guide individuals through the process of healing developmental wounds, reclaiming their natural energies, and living in alignment with values that bring clarity and fulfillment.
Ultimately, I believe that healing is about rediscovering what has been lost, not inventing something new. It’s about finding your true self again and building a life that is grounded in purpose, balance, and emotional freedom.
Love,
Ayla
