Thank you for the opportunity to be. I express my gratitude fully.
As a graduate psychology student and trauma-informed practitioner, I am passionate about addressing the complex challenges of modern life through timeless wisdom and evidence-based approaches. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that many of today’s struggles—from developmental trauma to the rising tide of loneliness and disconnection—can be better understood and healed by reconnecting with the principles of evolutionary psychology, psychodynamic approaches, and tradition.
Psychodynamic therapy, with its emphasis on exploring unconscious patterns and the impact of early life experiences, is a cornerstone of my work. I am deeply committed to helping individuals uncover the root causes of their struggles and fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships. By integrating psychodynamic insights with the guiding principles of tradition and evolutionary psychology, I create a holistic framework for understanding and addressing the challenges that arise from developmental trauma.
Through my work, I focus on creating pathways for healing that honor the past while embracing the future—guiding others to not only find themselves but to find themselves again. My approach is one of depth and nuance, helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and build lives grounded in purpose, balance, and emotional freedom.
Love,
Ayla
